Payment :
We will ask you to pay the full amount of your order upon booking. In case of cancellation, an 80% refund will be made if you cancel your stay 16 days or more before the date of your first excursion. In case of cancellation 15 days or less before the date of the first excursion, no refund will be made, regardless of the reason for cancellation (medical reason, flight cancellation, strikes, etc.).
If you wish to pay in cash, we will ask you to pay a deposit upon booking of 20% of the amount of each activity and service (equipment rental) booked. This deposit will not be refundable in case of cancellation, regardless of the reason for cancellation (medical reason, flight cancellation, strikes, etc.). The balance will be payable in cash upon arrival, during your stay. Please note that dog sledding excursions cannot be paid in cash and must be paid in full upon booking.
We will ask you to pay a deposit upon booking of 20% of the amount of the service (equipment rental) booked. This deposit will not be refundable in the event of cancellation.
The remainder will be payable on site.
