Snowmobiles are one of the best ways to be far from the city center (and light pollution), to get lost in the midle of Finnish forests. We chose, most part of the time, frozen lakes: they are great areas for Northern lights hunting.
Here is an overview of what you can see in Finnish Lapland in November: at the dawn of the long wintertime, nature is pausing (not dying). With small luck, you can see some wild animals.
