Our multi-day snowmobile raids take you deep into the Arctic wilderness: untouched boreal forests, frozen lakes, snow-covered hills, and absolute silence. Depending on the selected program, you will ride between 220 and over 500 km across pristine landscapes.
Forget the classic excursion, this is an authentic Arctic expedition.
Our routes are deliberately designed far from mass tourism areas. You will travel through remote and preserved environments, with opportunities to encounter Arctic wildlife in its natural habitat.
Thanks to the remoteness of our itineraries and the absence of light pollution, conditions are often ideal for observing the Northern Lights, weather permitting (not guaranteed).
Details and course of a multi-day snowmobile tour in Lapland
These snowmobile tours are organized from Rovaniemi in Finnish Lapland. For comfort reasons, ease of driving and given the great distance to be covered, you will be alone on your snowmobile (no passengers as it is the case for shorter excursions).

Are These Multi-Day Snowmobile Expeditions Right for You?
First, please note that our multi-day snowmobile expeditions are designed exclusively for adults. If you are traveling to Lapland with children, we recommend exploring our shorter snowmobile tours.
These expeditions involve covering long distances over several consecutive days. While our snowmobiles are modern and comfortable, riding for several hours per day in Arctic winter conditions can be physically demanding. Participants should therefore be in good overall physical condition.
For safety and comfort reasons, these multi-day expeditions are not recommended for:
- People with back or joint problems
- People with impaired vision (if you wear glasses, we strongly recommend bringing a spare pair or contact lenses)
- Pregnant women
- Individuals in poor general physical condition

When can you book our multi-day snowmobile expedition in Lapland ?
Our multi-day snowmobile expeditions operate when daylight conditions are sufficient to ensure both safety and comfort. The season typically runs from mid-January to mid-April, depending on snow and weather conditions.
If you are visiting Lapland outside this period, or if you are traveling with children, we also offer shorter snowmobile experiences. These standard tours are suitable for families and range from 1 to 4 hours, operating from late November to early April, depending on snow conditions.

Two-day snowmobile expedition (and 1 night)
General information
- Distance driven : about 150 km
- Accommodation : traditional cottage (1 night)
- Level : beginner
- Season : from January to mid-April

- It is recommended to have a previous snowmobiling experience
- Not suitable for children
Details of the two-day/one-night snowmobiling expedition
DAY 1
- Transportation from your accommodation to our office, located 2 km from Rovaniemi city-center,
- Once at our premises, we will present the snowmobile program to you, in details (route, terrain, etc.) and provide an update on the current conditions (weather, snow, etc…),
- You will then receive all the necessary equipment (helmets, overalls, mittens, etc…),
- We will then give you the driving instructions as well as the instructions and safety rules necessary for a long snowmobile tour,
- The adventure will start ! You will explore the Lappish nature on your snowmobile and discover the wide open spaces that characterize Finnish Lapland so much (taiga, marshes, frozen lakes and rivers),
- Several breaks are planned along the way to share a hot drink, enjoy the scenery and take pictures. At noon, we will picnic in the middle of nature,
- We will keep driving snowmobiles after the lunch break, and arrive at the cottage in the late afternoon,
- After settling in the cottage, you can either rest or enjoy the traditional wood-fired sauna and maybe try ice swimming in the lake !
- In the evening your guide will prepare a typical meal for you and you can enjoy a friendly moment around the fire. If the conditions allow it, it will also be possible to observe the Northern Lights.
DAY 2
- Typical breakfast at the cabin before the departure by snowmobile,
- Along the way, we will stop in the middle of nature to practice an activity of your choice (ice fishing, snowshoeing or back-country skiing) then, we will have a picnic in the middle of nature,
- You will spend the rest of the day driving your snowmobile through the magnificent Lappish nature,
- Return to Rovaniemi in the late afternoon.
