In this program, you will enjoy a beautiful boat trip in Lapland on the Ounasjoki River, and moor at a family-run reindeer farm, where you will have the opportunity to see, pet and feed reindeer.

Option meal
If you wish, it is possible to add a meal to this program. In this case, the program will last approximately 3 hours in total.
Option 1 : Meal at the reindeer farm (30€/person). On the menu, “poronkäristys”. This is the traditional dish and must-try culinary specialty in Lapland. It is a reindeer stir-fry served with mashed potatoes and cranberry jam.
Option 2 : Lappish barbecue in the wilderness (20€/person). We will light a fire, grill traditional Finnish specialties.

Embark on a fishing trip from Rovaniemi on the iconic Ounasjoki and Kemijoki rivers. During this adventure, your guide will introduce you to the very local activity of trolling and will also share his knowledge of Lappish culture and nature. No prior knowledge of fishing is required to participate in this activity with us: beginners and amateurs alike will find what they are looking for on this relaxing river cruise. The variety of freshwater fish that can be caught are real delicacies: if you wish, you can cook your catch around a barbecue.
